Arté – Social Exhibition Mobile Application

Arté aims to be the leading art exhibition platform in Australia. Beyond helping users discover exhibitions and museums, the platform promotes public engagement with the arts and supports the growth of Australia’s art and design industry.
To validate our concept and user needs, we conducted surveys and developed four proto-personas based on responses. We mapped the user journey to uncover pain points and opportunities in how users discover and engage with art exhibitions.
